Article 12. Requirements to the donor, his rights and obligations

1. A donor has the right to be a capable person who is a citizen of the Russian Federation or residing in the territory of the Russian Federation legally for at least one year as a foreign citizen or stateless person who has reached the age of eighteen years or has acquired full legal capacity before he reaches the age of eighteen years in accordance with the law. Of the Russian Federation, who volunteered to donate blood and (or) its components, voluntarily passed a medical examination and have no medical contraindication for blood donation and (or) its components.
